This project provides consulting and evaluation expertise related to the implementation of three Regional Quality Improvement (RQI) initiatives. The two primary goals for the RQI initiatives are to improve care for consumers with chronic illness by using the infrastructure and influence of Medicaid programs and to utilize the leverage of these programs to motivate commercial purchasers, plans and providers to improve regional delivery of chronic care.
