A records management and reporting computer system for HIV/AIDS services was developed in this project. The Windows-based computer program permits agencies to enter data, produce required hard-copy reports, and export data to the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). It also provides users (agencies providing HIV/AIDS services) and their coalitions with a planning tool. The new program replaces and improves upon the existing DOS-based HIVPLAN program used by HRSA.
