Forms of Membership
Active (Alumni Membership) - All persons who have graduated from the Kinesiology program (or its predecessor programs, including Exercise and Sport Science and Health and Physical Education) shall automatically be admitted as “Alumni Members” with full membership privileges.
Current Student Membership - Students who are currently enrolled in any of the Kinesiology programs shall be eligible for admission as a “Student Member” upon notifying the membership committee of the APG.
Honorary Membership - Honorary members of the APG shall be chosen from outstanding men and women within the healthcare industry or related fields who have made a significant contribution to the Kinesiology program or who have made a significant contribution to the goals and mission of the APG.
How do I join the Kinesiology APG?
All Kinesiology and predecessor alumni are automatically members of the APG. To become actively involved in the APG’s activities, please fill out the Get Involved form or contact Abby Diehl at abbyd@psu.edu or 814-863–2207 for more information.
How much will it cost me?
Membership is free! We want you to Get Involved and stay informed by keeping your contact information current. The APG accepts donations in order to help support the APG’s operations and activities. Your donation is tax-deductible and we greatly appreciate your support. In order to make a donation to the APG, please contact the Office of Development, College of Health and Human Development, at 814-863-1062.
