Consultant Dietitian, Lancaster, PA
Post date: 9/29/08
Albright LIFE is looking for a dietitian. We are scheduled to open on Oct.13. We are a comprehensive care program for people over 60 who qualify for this Medicaid approach to at-home care. We have a day center and clinic on the premises (Lancaster) and will also offer personal care services for non-skilled care. The program also covers hospitalizations, meds, and NH care if needed. The goal is to "age in place" and is aimed at individuals who choose to remain in their homes as long as possible. Now - the opportunity. As part of our regs, we need to have an RD on -board. We are looking for someone (even on a temporary basis) to provide this service. We will be serving lunch daily and it must meet certain guidelines. For example - it must meet the requirements for 1/3 of the days nutritional needs. It also will be a "prudent" diet that will meet the needs of our diabetic, renal failure, and cardiac participants. We need an RD to help us develop a four-week menu cycle. We do actually have one but it needs some "tweaking." We do want to employ someone, but would also do a contract. We will need someone on a permanent basis, but are willing to do it on a three or six month temporary basis also. maryann.mcmullen@albrightlife.org

TESTING
Your application will be evaluated to determine whether you meet the Minimum and Necessary Special Requirements. If you meet these requirements you will receive a score. If you possess a Certification as a Registered Dietitian, be sure to list the registration number on your application.  Failure to do so may delay the processing of your application, or result in a lower-than-deserved score or disqualification. If you take this test and want to take it again, you may be retested after 6 months from the date of your “Notice of Examination Results.” A new application is required. If your name is on an eligible list for this job title and you take this test, your most recent examination result will be the only one counted.
TEST RESULTS
Employment and promotion lists will be established. You will be notified in writing of your test results.
This test and scoring procedure are different from previous tests for this job title. If you have taken the test before, you may get a different score on this test.
