Penn State Hotel & Restaurant Society: Activities Supported

Your membership in the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society will help support the following initiatives this year:
- Continuation of our Student Mentoring Program.
- Printing and distribution of the newsletter to all PSHRS members.
- Support of Student Activities & Student Organizations such as the student chapter of the Penn State Hotel and Restaurant Society. Provision of funding to the School for leadership training for student leaders within the School.
- Social events to include the Alumni in the Classroom and Alumni Awards Reception in October, Benefield Bash Weekend during the summer, the Hospitality Executive of the Year Award Dinner in New York in November and regional alumni events throughout the year.
- Development of an online PSHRS location for career services specific to PSHRS members. PSHRS members can post resumes for review by, and research employment opportunities with a select group of industry partners.
