The Deb Kerstetter RPTM APG Outstanding Alumni Award

Nominate a Recreation, Park and Tourism Management (RPTM) alumnus or alumna for the Outstanding Alumni Award

Do you know an outstanding alum of the RPTM program (or any predecessor programs)? If so, please consider nominating him or her for the annual RPTM Affiliate Program Group Outstanding Alumni Award. Nominations are due by September 1 of each year and open to all alumni.

Criteria

Nominees must:

  1. Be a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University Department RPTM program and/or predecessor programs.
  2. Not be a current board member or officer of the RPTM Alumni Society.
  3. Demonstrate commitment to the highest ideals of the RPTM profession.
  4. Currently be active and/or engaged in a field or governance related or pertaining to RPTM.
  5. Maintain a strong commitment to leadership.
  6. Produce quality work within his/her field.
  7. Motivate others.
  8. Possess a sincere care for students.
  9. Demonstrate continued communication with alumni.
