Faculty Affiliates
The Center for Family Research in Diverse Contexts (CFRDC) invites applications for Faculty Affiliates. The research interests of the CFRDC Faculty Affiliates include health disparities, ethics and minority families, effects of poverty and public policy on children and adolescents, the relationship between neighborhood contexts and physical, and mental health in individuals and families across the life span, and culture and family development among minorities.
Membership with CFRDC provides access to collaborative networks within the university as well as with national centers (e.g., National Center for American Indian and Alaska Native Mental Health Research, Family Research Center, University of Miami, W.E.B. Dubois Research Institute, Metropolitan Research and Policy Institute), Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), and the Frederick Patterson Research Institute, United Negro College Fund.
