- Research Interests: Identification and implementation of cutting-edge methodologies necessary for modeling adolescent risk behavior. In particular, I am interested in identifying the mechanisms through which social contextual conditions influence adolescent substance use and abuse. A common theme throughout all of my work is how interactions of risk and protective factors across multiple levels of the ecology may inform prevention and intervention efforts designed to encourage healthy behaviors.
