HDFS Children's Programs: Application
A waiting list is maintained for both programs. If
you wish to enroll your child in either the Child Development Laboratory
or the Bennett Family Center, you can 
download an application form in Adobe PDF format or you can
call one of our programs to request one. Please return the completed
application form to the Bennett Family Center at the address listed
below. There is no application fee.
Requests for enrollment are processed on an age-eligibility and date-of-application basis with the following priorities:
- Families already affiliated with the centers
- Families from the University community (faculty, staff, students)
- Families from the wider community
We also attempt to achieve an age and gender balance in each classroom. Enrollment requests which cannot be honored immediately will be kept on a waiting list.
It is the responsibility of the applicant to assure that all application information is kept current.
