Benedicta Ityokumbul, Lead Teacher
I was born in Nigeria, but my family moved to the State College area about 9 years ago. Prior to coming to State College, we lived in: Nigeria; Emdonton, Alberta; and London! I am married and a mother of four beautiful children. My children are: Seember, 19 years old; Aondover, 17 years old; Terna, 11 years old; and Mimi, 9 years old. I graduated from the Penn State College of Health and Human Development in 1999. Prior to coming to the Bennett Family Center, I was the lead teacher in a community child care center. I enjoy working with children and seeing their minds unfold.
