Graduate Program: Student Aid
In This Section:
The department has a superb record of funding graduate students who make timely progress; no prospective student should fail to apply because of concerns about expense. Most graduate students are funded through research or teaching assistantships. Some receive fellowships from the Graduate School or apply for competitive funding on their own from sources such as the National Science Foundation.
Several training and fellowship programs also are available:
- Dual-Degree in HDFS and Demography
- Prevention and Methodology Training
- Early Childhood and Mental Health Integrative Research Training
- Training Interdisciplinary Education Scientists (TIES) program
