Undergraduate Student Organization (USO)

Join your major’s student organization. The Human Development and Family Studies Undergraduate Student Organization (HDFS USO) offers:
- Opportunities for leadership development
- Opportunities to work with faculty
- Informational programs
- Community service
- Lots of opportunities to do something constructive for HDFS and yourself
Member Requirements
- Attend 2 meetings each semester
- Participate in 1 volunteer activity each semester
- Volunteering can include anything from donating time with elderly or children, to donating blood at a blood drive. Documentation is required when you participate in an activity and attendance is taken at the meetings.
Officers
Officers are needed for the next calendar year. If you are a Sophmore or Junior please come to the meetings and contact of of the officers, or email one of us. To be elibible for an officer chair, you must be an HDFS major, and for a chair position you must be an HDFS minor or major, as well as in good standing as far as volunteerism and meeting attendance.
