HDFS students offer an attractive combination of skills to potential employers in business and industry; many eventually hold mid- and upper-management positions. Human resource management is one of the most common business career paths our graduates follow. For example, one HDFS graduate is the manager of human resources for a subsidiary of the Massachusetts Medic al Society. However, graduates have also followed different paths. For instance, one graduate is vice president for a major bank. Another went on to earn a master's degree and became vice president for marketing management for United Way of America.
