ISS has been in existence for over 30 years. Our suite of offices is in Room 203 South Henderson.
We are a College wide service organization supported by our Dean's Office.
Craig has been Director of ISS since 1997. Prior to this position, Craig held system administration, programming, and hardware design positions for Penn State and private sector companies.
Chris Greiner is the Manager of our PC Services Division. He leads a team of technicians as they respond to the desktop computer needs of faculty and staff in the College.
Bill manages the Security and Servers Division of ISS. In that role he maintains the college's servers and network infrastructure. He is also the College's Computer Security Officer.
Shannon provides desktop support for Macs and PCs. She is also our classroom and meeting space assistant when it comes to questions on the use of these facilities.
Nick's primary assignment is to provide desktop support, server & network admin., and general IT consulting to the Dept. of Kinesiology in the Recreation Building on behalf of ISS. Nick has over 15 years of professional experience in IT. Nick is also a Ph.D. Candidate in ITS in the Security Informatics track.
Mr. Fink holds B.S. degrees in Biology and Computer Science from Penn State University. He is responsible for all computer and network related activities within the GCRC and the Noll Lab on behalf of ISS..
