College IT Resources: The Living Center, 110 Henderson

  • 6 speaker in-ceiling Public Address system with wireless microphone
  • Mixer to blend various sound sources- VCR, DVD, microphone, PC
  • Epson Powerlite 830 ceiling mounted LCD projector
  • Podium with audio, video and network connections for laptop use
  • VCR

  • Campus cable available

The network jack on the podium has an active connection to the College's computer network. You will need to contact your computer deputy for the correct network settings for your laptop.

Scheduling

This is a College of Health & Human Development (CHHD) maintained and controlled facility. Only departments, schools and centers in CHHD can reserve the room. Reservations will no longer be accepted from outside parties.

Scheduling of the Living Center is done by the College's Dean's Office. Send an email request to Sharon Nyman if you would like to use the room. Please specify what type of seating arrangement you would like and how many chairs are needed. The seating arrangements you can choose from are seminar, meeting and large group gathering.

Keys

Please plan to pick up the keys to the Living Center on the day you have it reserved in the College's Dean's Office, 201 North Henderson Building. See Sharon Nyman for the keys.

Questions

Technical assistance for an event should be provided by the requesting area's computer deputy or by processing a Service Request to ISS (your deputy can do this). ISS should be contacted when there is a problem with the equipment.
