Services: Software Installation

ISS will install any software required by our users. This includes office applications, email packages, internet browsers, statistical packages, desktop publishing packages, etc.

When a new PC enters the College, we install a suite of common applications for web browsing, terminal emulators for accessing Penn State business systems and any software the user purchased.

For existing PCs, a Service Request can be entered by your Deputy at any time to have new software installed on a PC.
