KINES 495B: Liability Insurance

Students may need or wish to purchase liability insurance while completing the KINES 495B internship. You may purchase liability insurance through Penn State at a minimal cost of $10 per semester. Liability insurance is highly recommended if your internship is off campus.

It is recommended that you pay for your liability insurance when you turn in your KINES 495B Application Form. Contracts and internship material will not be mailed to your internship site if you check “YES” for liability insurance and have not paid.

Submit a $10 check or money order, payable to Penn State, to the Undergraduate Staff Assistant in 275 Rec Hall, or Clarence Stoner, 268F Rec Hall. In the memo section of your check, please specify ‘Liability Insurance’ and indicate the semester of your internship.
