Recreation, Park and Tourism Management

Dr. Geoff Godbey, professor emeritus of leisure studies, was interviewed by WNYC, New York Public Radio, for the Leonard Lopate Show in July. The topic was, “What Makes a Good Vacation?” Dr. Godbey also appeared on a “Fox and Friends” segment of FOX News on July 19.

Dr. Alan Graefe, associate professor of recreation, park and tourism management, was inducted into the Academy of Leisure Sciences in October 2006.
