Hospitality Management

Anna Mattila, associate professor of hospitality management, received the Michael D. Olsen Research Achievement Award from the University of Delaware. Mattila received the award at the Twelfth Annual Graduate Education and Graduate Student Research Conference in Houston, Texas, in January.

Drs. David Cranage and Arun Upneja, both associate professors of hospitality management, have been appointed co-chairs of the International Conference on Services Management, which will be held at Penn State in May of 2008.
