Dr. Westcott has worked with the YMCA for the past 25 years as a fitness director, researcher, writer and speaker. He has published 20 books on strength training and physical fitness and has been interviewed by every major television network. Among his numerous awards and honors are the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Association of Fitness Professionals, the Healthy American Fitness Leader Award from the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, and the Fitness Industry Leader Award from the National Strength Professionals Association.
