Deadline Dates for Submitting the Internship Site Selection Form, Completed 300-hour Verification and CPR/First Aid Certification
Important Note: If you fail to meet the deadline date, you will have to wait until the next semester to complete your internship. If you need to know if an affiliation agreement exists for a specific agency, see our list of affiliated agencies.
