The interviewing process starts with a phone call or email to the Recruiting and Placement Coordinator, Rosemarie Hibbler, rqh7@psu.edu, telephone 814-863-1448 to schedule your trip to campus. Many firms come to campus during both Fall and Spring semesters, and schedule as much as six months in advance. You may be interested in viewing our recruiting and academic calendar to assist you in determining a date to visit Penn State.
After your recruiting date has been arranged, you will then receive an email which includes your password to login into InterviewTrak the on-campus management interviewing web-based software package powered by MonsterTrak.com. Use MonsterTrak.com to post job description(s), view resumes of students and view your interview schedule.
