InterviewTRAK
The Placement Office is directly involved with the employer through InterviewTRAK. On InterviewTRAK, employers reserve an interview date and room to conduct interviews in 206 Mateer Building. InterviewTRAK is a web-based, interview sign up process that is accessible through www.monstertrak.com .
Through InterviewTRAK, you will be able to:
- View participating employers date(s) visiting campus, job descriptions, presentations, etc.
- Place your resume or cover letter on-line
- Sign up for interviews
- Check the status of your submitted materials and interviews
Placement Office policies for students
- It is important to attend an Interview TRAK orientation session to become familiar with the system
- Students are responsible to manage interviews and resume submission
- Student cancellation policy:
- Students who are a no-show for an interview you will be denied access to InterviewTRAK. To be reinstated in the program, you must write a formal letter of apology to the employer and a copy must be sent to Rosemarie Hibbler
- In those exceptional circumstances where illness or a personal emergency have caused a late cancellation or no-show, you must contact the Placement Office either by phone(814-863-1448) or email (rqh7@psu.edu) to explain the situation. This will prevent students being excluded from InterviewTRAK.
