Management Dietetics option

The Bachelor’s degree program in Management Dietetics helps prepare students for management positions within food services operated by and for medical organizations, health care facilities, government agencies and community feeding programs. Students in this option learn to solve nutrition and foodservice problems. Together with the necessary clinical experience, a post-baccalaureate internship, an Approved Pre-Professional Planned Program, or an advanced degree with clinical experience, this option satisfies the eligibility requirements for membership in the American Dietetics Association.
